Mody Benaiah joined Adama in 2010 as the People Business Partner for the
Company's Global Resources Division supporting the integration of all
global operations including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and
chemical R&D. Prior to joining Adama, Mody served as the VP Human
Resources for Careline cosmetics company, a subsidiary of Perrigo Co.
(Agis Industies) where he was deeply involved in FDA approvals for
production sites as well as a buy-out process of Careline to Emilia.
Before Careline, Mody was also the VP Human Resources for the ROW
Division at Amdocs, Inc., the market leader in software and services for
service providers in the communications, media and entertainment
industry. Mody retired from the Israel Defense Forces after 20 years of
service, holding the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and serving as the Head
of Behavioral Science Unit of the Intelligence Corps. Mody holds a B.A.
in Psychology and Criminology, an M.A. in Psychology from Bar-Ilan
University and is a member of the Israel Psychological Association. He
is a Harvard Business School graduate of the AMP (Advanced Management
Program), class 194. In addition Mody holds two Diplomas: Ombudsman
ship, Haifa University and Group Counseling, Tel-Aviv Seminar.
