Shiri Ailon joined Adama in 2005 in the Corporate Development and M&A team. As Executive Director of Head of Corporate Development, Shiri managed all the mergers and acquisitions at Adama. In 2011 China National Agrochemical Company (CNAC) acquired 60 percent of Adama and Shiri has led the integration process with CNAC's four Agchem/Chemical entities. In 2014, she was appointed VP Corporate Development and China Integration and on July 2014 relocated with her family to Beijing to execute the acquisition of the China entities and their integration with Adama. Prior to joining Adama, Shiri was an Associate Attorney at Erdinast Ben-Nathan & Co. Shiri has an MBA from Oxford Business School (SBS) and LLB. from Tel Aviv University magna cum laude.
