Kelly Burke takes up the role of State Manager, South Australia.
He brings a wealth of experience in business management, team development, as well as a strong understanding of the South Australian agricultural market.
He joins ADAMA Australia from PGG Wrightson Seeds, where he worked for 12 years as Product Development Manager and previously National Sales Manager. In his earlier career, Kelly was a Commercial Manager for Bayer Crop Science for six years.
“I’m excited to be part of a company that’s growing rapidly in Australia through developing strong business relationships with its customers, product innovation and a clear global strategy. I was keen to be a part of something new and exciting,” he said.
“Ultimately, the industry is about people doing business with people which is why I love being a part of it. I plan to do everything I can to support the South Australian team to continue to grow the business, grab the opportunities when they present themselves and most importantly, enjoy themselves along the way.”
Meanwhile, Jeremy White joins the ADAMA Australia team as Commercial Manager for the Wimmera & Mallee regions of Western Victoria.
Jeremy has worked as Market Development Agronomist with Bayer Crop Science based in Bendigo for the past six years. His previous roles include Project Biologist with Agrisearch Services in Horsham, and Precision Agriculture Agronomist for the Victorian DPI based in Ballarat.
“Working within the industry for more than a decade, I’ve seen ADAMA Australia from the outside grow into an established and respected supplier of quality crop solutions. The opportunity to be a part of that in the area that I grew up in was very exciting,” he said.
“Working with customers to get through tougher seasons to capitalise on the good will be the focus of my new role.”
