Diurex 800 WP is a pre-emergence herbicide for the control of germinating broad leaved and grass weeds in sugarcane, pineapples, coffee, cotton and citrus.

Application Advice
Directions for Use
Activation by rain or irrigation is necessary, therefore, apply Diurex 800 WP during rainy season or prior to irrigation, before weeds emergence. When spraying, avoid stops, slow-downs to ensure uniform application.
Application Rates and Timing
To kill germinating broad leaved weeds and grass weeds apply for different crops such rates:

Use a spray volume of 200-400 litres/Ha.
Post-emergence: When cotton is at least 30cm high, apply 2-2.5kg/ha as a directed spray to the area beneath cotton plants. Avoid spray contact or drift onto cotton plants as injury may result.
Band-spraying: At sowing, apply 1-1.5kg/ha at a band width of 30cm.
Preparation of Spray Mixture
Fill the tank to half its capacity. In a separate container, add a small amount of water to the required quantity of Diurex 800 WP and mix well until a thin paste is obtained with agitator running, pour this paste through the filter into the tank, adding water up to the required amount. If the filled sprayer has stood idle for some time, agitate and ensure good mixing before starting to spray.
Safety
Pre-harvest interval: 60 days.
Diurex 800 WP is toxic to fish and other aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical or used packs.
