Erik Fyrwald - Chairman
Mr Fyrwald has been appointed Chairman of the Board of ADAMA as of April 2020. Mr Fyrwald also serves as CEO of the Syngenta Group. In addition, he is a member of the board of directors of Syngenta, Bunge, CropLife International, Eli Lilly, and the UN World Food Program Farm to Market Initiative. He is also Chairman of the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School.

Chen Lichtenstein 
Mr. Lichtenstein​ is the CFO of the Syngenta Group. He holds joint doctoral degrees from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and School of Law, and a B.Sc. (Physics) and LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

An Liru 
Mr An is Senior Vice President, China Cluster, of the combined company. Prior to his current role, he served as the secretary of the CPC and chairman of CNAC (China National Agrochemical Corporation), and has led the HH and Anpon entities, which are part of the ChemChina group. Mr An holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry, all from Nanjing University.

Tang Yunwei, Ph.D
Dr. Tang is the former President of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), having served there also as Professor. He has been a member of several professional accounting bodies in China, including the Accounting Standards Committee of the Ministry of Finance, the Auditing Standards Committee of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Accounting Society of Shanghai, and served as a partner in Ernst & Young. Dr. Tang has served, and continues to serve, as an independent non-executive director in a number of companies listed on the Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong stock exchanges, including Ping An Insurance, Tung Kong, Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction, Shanghai Bairun Flavour & Fragrance, and China National Building Material Company. Dr. Tang holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Economics from SUFE, as well as an undergraduate degree in accounting from the Shanghai College of Finance and Economics.

Xi Zhen, Ph.D
Dr. Xi is Cheung Kong Scholar of Pesticide Science of the Ministry of Education, Chairman of Department of Chemical Biology, Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Fellow of the University Committee of Nankai University in China, and Director of the National Pesticide Engineering Research Center (Tianjin). Dr. Xi has held various posts in academic institutions in both China and the US, including at Harvard Medical School, the Wuhan University School of Medicine, the Beijing Institute of Chemical Reagents, and Nankai University. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the Chinese Chemical Society, the Chinese Chemical Industry and Engineering Society, and the Chinese Society for Crop Protection. In addition, Dr. Xi is a member of the board of directors of Suzhou Ribo Life Science. Dr. Xi holds a Doctorate in Bio-organic Chemistry from Uppsala University in Sweden, a Master's degree from Institute of Elemental Organic Chemistry of Nankai University and an undergraduate degree from Central China Normal University.

Ignacio Dominguez - Chairman 
Mr. Dominguez has been appointed Chairman of the Board of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. as of April 2020. Mr. Dominguez is the President and CEO of ADAMA Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. in Physics, specializing in automatic calculus, artificial intelligence structure of microprocessors and programming languages, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Ning Gaoning (Frank Ning) 
Mr. Ning serves as the Chairman of Board of Directors for China National Chemical Corporation and concurrently serves as Chairman of Sinochem. Previously, Mr. Ning served as Chairman of food and grain group COFCO, and prior to that, led the China Resources Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dalit Braun 
Ms Braun is the Co-founder and CEO of Pick’nTell Omi-channel marketing solution servicing fashion retailers. She was previously CEO of Industrial Buildings Corporation Ltd. (IBC) is Israel’s largest real estate and infrastructure development company. She has an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University, an LLM in European business law from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK, and a Bsc., in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion, Haifa. 

Jiashu Cheng 
Mr Jiashu is the President of the Celanese China Operation. He previously was the Managing Director of General Electric Equipment Service. He was also a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company Inc. He has a Master of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economic Development both from Stanford University.

Gustavo Traiber 
Mr Traiber is a former CEO of a public company in the field of Solar Energy. He has extensive experience in business development (strategic and marketing aspects) having held previous director and senior management roles. He has an MBA in Business Administration, majoring in Finance from Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzeliya.
