Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer

Aviram Lahav joined ADAMA in 2010, as a seasoned executive with both CFO and CEO experience. In 2020, in addition to his role as the Company’s CFO, he assumed the position of Deputy CEO and CEO of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADAMA Ltd.

As CFO, Aviram establishes the company’s financial policies and strategies and manages the company’s global financial processes and teams. In his capacity as Chief Risk Officer, he leads the analysis and management of corporate risk. Aviram is a member of the group's Executive Committee, a senior management forum.

Aviram oversees all of the company finances, including the taxation, treasury, economics and accounting departments. He manages senior finance executives in various regions while directly overseeing Adama’s major financial transactions. In addition, he has managed bond fundraising, oversees investor relations and liaises with securities regulatory bodies.

He has worked extensively with Boards of Directors, investment banks, institutional banks in all continents, international accounting and law firms and global investors.

Before joining ADAMA, Aviram served as CEO of Synergy Cables, a publicly traded manufacturing company . He had also served as CFO, COO and eventually CEO of Delta Galil Industries over a span of 11 years. In 2000, he was awarded the Israel CFO of the Year title.

Aviram earned a Practical Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. He earned a BA in Economics and Finance from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

On a more personal note, Aviram enjoys classical music, sports and exercise.
