“I believe that the sustainable success of any company rests on two main pillars. On the one hand, it is critical to always be customer-centric, and to provide valuable services and products. And in our case, we are deeply committed to doing this in North America and to enabling the region’s farmers to optimize yields. The other pillar, of course, is the people. And, at ADAMA we continually strive to bring onboard the most talented, dedicated, knowledgeable experts in the market. These, together with a good product strategy, being close to growers, and knowing how to identify opportunities, are the cornerstones of our success.”
