Rony Patishi-Chillim

As VP Finance, Rony is leading ADAMA’s various financial aspects including financial reporting, cash management and financing, budget management, tax planning and economic review and analysis. Rony works closely with the regional and global finance teams, enhancing the alignment and partnership between our finance and business units.

Rony joined ADAMA in 2010 as Head of Global Corporate Communications, building and formulating our communication infrastructure and strategy. In 2012 she took on additional responsibilities in the areas of global business development and became our VP of Business Development and Global Corporate Communications. Rony successfully led our comprehensive rebranding process and was an active contributor to our China integration team. In 2014, Rony was appointed as the CEO of Lycored, our specialty supplement and food ingredients subsidiary where she led a strategic transformation. Rony returned to the ADAMA management team in 2020 as VP Finance.

Rony is passionate about creating and sustaining the foundation for strategic business growth through people, culture and processes. She promotes active listening and authentic conversation, however does not give up on business routines.

Prior to joining ADAMA, Rony served as SVP at the Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers) in New York and Tel-Aviv.

Rony holds an MBA from Boston University Graduate School of Management summa cum laude and a BA in Business Administration and Comparative Literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Rony is married with three children and enjoys reading, horseback riding and the outdoors.
