Purpose of this Statement

We, ADAMA South Africa (Pty) Ltd, including all companies as part of the ADAMA Group of Companies, collectively referred to as us, we, the Group, and/or ADAMA, as a commercial entity and in our capacity as a Responsible Party, in order to engage with you, will have to process your Personal Information, and in doing so, will have to comply with a law known as the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), which regulates and controls the processing of a person’s Personal Information in South Africa, which processing includes the collection, use, and transfer of a person’s Personal Information.
