Sergio Dedominici Paz

Sergio joined ADAMA in 2018 as the General Manager of ADAMA Iberia and during 2021 was appointed to Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence in the Americas. In 2023, Sergio was appointed to his current role, joining the Executive Team.

Sergio brings more than 30 years of industry experience in leading complex markets in LatAm, Europe and globally, and has a profound understanding of the business and the industry.

As EVP of Europe Sergio holds overall P&L responsibilities for the company’s activities in the region. He believes in the power of his team to develop and nurture mutually rewarding relationships with partners, advisers, and distributors; and strongly encourages the growth and development of his team to make sure they have the resources and support to achieve their aspirations.

Sergio holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Agronomy and Crop Science

During his spare time, he loves being with family, playing paddle tennis, spending time in nature and cycling with his wife while exploring new scenery. In addition, Sergio and his wife are highly involved in supporting orphanages in Russia and helping families through adoption processes. This is something close to their hearts following the adoption of their own son from Russia.
