Ingolf-Christian Quandt

Ingolf-Christian Quandt is General Counsel at ADAMA, a role he assumed in August 2026. As General Counsel, he leads ADAMA's global Legal function, providing legal leadership and guidance across the company's worldwide operations.

Ingolf joined ADAMA in January 2026 as Deputy General Counsel.

Prior to joining ADAMA, Ingolf spent more than 13 years at Syngenta and held several senior legal leadership roles. He joined Syngenta after spending more than eight years in private practice at a leading international law firm. During his career, he has led legal teams and advised on a broad range of matters, including strategic transactions, corporate venture capital, litigation, compliance, legal operations and regional legal support. Most recently, he served as Head Legal EAME and Legal Counsel DACH, leading legal support across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to that, he served as Lead Counsel M&A and Corporate Venture Capital, supporting Syngenta's global mergers and acquisitions and venture capital activities.

Ingolf holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and a degree in Business and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
