Elad Shabtai

As head of Formulation Supply, Elad is responsible for optimizing the global supply chain, formulation manufacturing & packing capabilities to meet evolving customer requirements, while ensuring highest quality and service levels. He is charged with ensuring the effective and efficient operation of 19 sites around the world.

Elad joined ADAMA in 1999 as Head of R&D of Agan Aroma and Fine Chemicals. He then served as COO of Agan Aroma and Fine Chemicals and CEO of Negev Aroma. Thereafter, he assumed the role of Head of Global Chemical R&D alongside his roles in Aroma. In August 2014 he was appointed VP of Innovation, Development, Research and Regulatory Affairs (IDR). In 2020 Elad was appointed as EVP, Global Operations and a member of the group's Executive Committee, a senior management forum. In 2023, he was appointed EVP, Formulation Supply. 

Elad holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
