Bruce Morris

Bruce Morris joined ADAMA in 2018 as Head of Contract Manufacturing and in November 2023 was appointed EVP Active Ingredient (AI) Production, joining the group's Executive team. 

Bruce is responsible for Active Ingredient (AI) manufacturing and sourcing, optimizing make-or-buy choices and procurement.  In addition, he will continue to spearhead our commitment to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), enhancing our performance and culture in this key area.

Prior to joining the company, he served as Global AI Operations Director at FMC. He was responsible for sourcing and manufacturing key active ingredients globally, leading projects and teams across the organization in manufacturing, engineering, research, planning, EHS, and finance. He has extensive experience in managing relationships with key contract manufacturing partners around the world.

Bruce has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

During his spare time, he enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his family traveling to new places.
