Gigi-Anne Hoh

“Business leaders want the legal department as partners. They don’t need lawyers to tell them what the company cannot do. They want lawyers who will live and breathe the business with them and tell them what the company wants to do.” 

Gigi brings over two decades of legal expertise to ADAMA, joining on April 1st, 2024 as Chief Legal Advisor to the CEO and Management. 

Gigi has been an integral part of the Syngenta Group for 20 years, holding various legal roles in different locations. She has a broad legal background in commercial and corporate matters. Prior to this role, she was the General Counsel for Syngenta Group China, bringing the legal department closer together to the business to generate new opportunities.  She currently heads up the corporate governance department at Syngenta Group with its multiple listed companies and private entities. 

At ADAMA, Gigi will oversee the legal department for the CEO, working closely with the business and all functions to create value for the company. 

She’s also passionate about values and ethics, “ADAMA is at our best when all employees feel safe at work to be the best that they can be.”

Originally from Singapore, Gigi now resides in Switzerland with her British husband, enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and skiing in her free time.
