ADAMA Update on Neot Hovav Event
ADAMA’s preliminary assessments following the recent missile attack incidents at the Neot Hovav site confirm that the overall operational impact remains limited and that the site is steadily returning to normal activity.
Based on our current assessment, the site’s core production facilities did not sustain meaningful direct damage, and a majority of production units have already returned to regular operational status.
The remaining units are undergoing a safe and orderly repair and verification process, which is expected to conclude within the next few weeks, after which we anticipate a full return to optimal production capacity.
As previously communicated, the first incident on March 29 resulted in damage to a finished goods warehouse and certain ancillary equipment and systems. Safety protocols were activated immediately, and the situation was addressed quickly and effectively, with no injuries.
In addition, during the night of April 4, the site experienced a further limited-impact event involving falling debris in an open storage area. This event caused localized damage to stored pipes and equipment, as well as minor structural damage to a nearby warehouse. No production facilities were damaged, and no injuries were reported.
Across both events, site teams acted swiftly, professionally, and strictly according to protocol, ensuring employee safety and helping contain the situation quickly and responsibly. We continue progressing toward full operational restoration in a safe and responsible manner.
We remain committed to transparent, verified communication and encourage stakeholders to rely on official updates for accurate information.
