Eric Dereudre joined ADAMA as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in April 2025, bringing 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector and a proven track record in leadership and strategic development.
In his role, Eric leads the company’s global commercial strategy, empowering country teams to deepen customer relationships and drive commercial excellence while leveraging ADAMA’s global capabilities for sustained growth. With a keen focus on execution, Eric works to enhance decision-making, optimize commercial structures, and strengthen ADAMA’s position in an increasingly dynamic and competitive industry.
Before joining ADAMA, Eric served as Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs at Corteva Agriscience, where he led policy development and product advocacy initiatives on a global scale. He has been highly engaged in crop protection industry trade associations and served as Interim CEO and President of CropLife International prior to joining ADAMA.
Earlier in his career, Eric held multipleleadership roles at Dow AgroSciences across Europe, Africa, and the US. He played a key role in the post-merger integration of Dow and DuPont, leading the Western Europe commercial organization with responsibilities spanning both the seeds and crop protection businesses.
Growing up on a farm in northern France, Eric developed a deep appreciation for agriculture, which has shaped his career and understanding of global farming challenges.
Eric holds a Master’s degree in agronomy from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers in France, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Northwood University in Michigan. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and skiing.
