Orly Pascal

Orly Pascal is Chief Human Resources Officer at ADAMA, a role she assumed in August 2026. As CHRO, she leads ADAMA's global HR function and serves as a member of the Global ADAMA Leadership Team. In this role, she is responsible for advancing the company's people strategy, organizational development, talent management and culture across its worldwide operations.

Orly brings more than 20 years of experience leading human resources, organizational transformation and business change initiatives across global organizations. Prior to joining ADAMA, she served as EVP and Deputy to the CEO at Phoenix Financial Ltd., Israel's largest insurance and financial services group.

Before joining Phoenix, Orly served as VP HR at Cellcom and was a member of the company's executive management team. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Teva Pharmaceutical, where she held a series of senior HR leadership positions supporting global functions, international markets and organizational integration efforts. 

Orly holds an MBA in Business and Organizational Management from The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel and a B.A. in Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
