ADAMA Friending

ADAMA Friending is a unique project aimed to provide and enhance equal employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Israel. The project breaks down perceptions and prejudices towards people with disabilities. To facilitate the project, ADAMA partnered with several Israeli non-profit organizations.

ADAMA Friending brought together our employees and groups from the local community to work on public service projects and activities together. The success of the project has led to it becoming an important part of our employee training program.
