Oramite
The end of the mite fight
About Oramite
Oramite is a combination of Propargite 42% + Hexythiazox 2% EC and it is primarily used to control mites on various crops. It provides extended protection against mite infestations by controlling all life stages (eggs, larvae, nymphs, and adults) and quickly stopping mite feeding, which prevents crop damage.
Mode of Action
- Acts by contact, residual contact, vapour and translaminar action
- Unique dual modes of action: Sulphite Easter and Thiazolidionone, IGR modes of action
- Interferes with the key mite enzyme systems, interruption of normal metabolism, respiration and electron transport functions. It acts as inhibitors of ATP synthesis
- Mite growth inhibitor, leading to growth inhibition through activity on eggs or early stages of development
Time of Application:
During early incidence or at ETL of mites (ETL: 3-5 Mites/Leaf)
