ADAMA NZ has announced a new distribution partnership with FMC NZ built on shared confidence in New Zealand’s agricultural and horticultural sectors and a mutual commitment to supporting growers with the products, knowledge and solutions they need.

Phil Dasler, ADAMA NZ Country Manager, says “through the partnership, ADAMA will distribute FMC products in New Zealand. Working together, the companies will give customers access to a broader portfolio and create new opportunities to bring innovative solutions to the market”.

At the heart of the collaboration is the combination of FMC’s established crop protection portfolio and innovation pipeline with ADAMA’s broad product range, strong development pipeline, technical expertise and customer-focused distribution network across New Zealand. The partnership will also support the joint introduction of new technologies for the New Zealand market.

As a result, growers, advisers and customers will gain greater access to a more complete range of crop protection solutions through a connected, well-supported network.

The partnership will also enable the two companies to share insights, deepen their understanding of the challenges facing New Zealand agriculture and horticulture. Working closely with each other and with resellers, growers and advisers to support the portfolio, the two companies will develop practical, locally relevant solutions together.

Alongside ADAMA’s integration of Grochem, the addition of the FMC portfolio brings together complementary products and expertise to support a wide variety of crops, production systems and regions across New Zealand.

The partnership will provide growers and advisers with greater choice, stronger technical support and practical solutions that contribute to on-farm success.
