Pamela Doncaster, Account Service Manager
In her role as Account Service Manager, Pamela has made a significant impact on our how “ADAMA Delivers” in the three years she has been with us. She leads her team by example, whether it is finding ways to make us more efficient or finding creative solutions to a supply chain challenge, she works tirelessly to ensure our customer orders go as smooth as silk.
Pamela also knows a little something about felt – she’s a skilled 8-ball player who once competed in a pool league and sees a lot of similarities between the game and her work. “In eight-ball all the angles need to line up to sink the ball and managing the supply chain is no different,” she says. “If one thing is off, say something is late, then it can just snowball down the chain. So, like in eight-ball, I have to make sure all the angles are covered!”
Pam is a history buff and dreams of exploring Italy, Greece and Turkey. Her influence is immeasurable. Whether she's planning her next adventure, executing a perfect pool shot or ensuring our customers' orders are flawless, Pam brings a winning combination of diligence, passion and leadership to everything she does.
